This week, Cinema Paradiso. Don’t dismiss it as a foreign arthouse film, it is one of the loveliest films I have ever seen. If possible, try to find the director’s cut.
Something to catch your fancy:
A stunning exhibition at the RA in London, although his religious paintings weren’t too exciting his portraits were so vivid and with such an interesting history.
