Come with me now on a journey through Time and Space . . .
This is so interesting, an interview about how to live in space. Casual view of the earth view below, anyone?
Last summer I happened to be at one of these Rodeo Pageants and it was adorable, from the 3 year olds in sequins that could ride better than me to the older girls keeping their tiaras on to barrel race.
Yet I would still prefer to wear something like this – Thierry Mugler’s creations are particularly genius.
An interesting look at why fur isn’t the only fashion issue now seemingly forgotten.
#SWAG or #tiaratuesdays if you prefer the full term… for more swag check out the sale at Sothebys – they have sold more than a few of these tiaras in their time.
In honour of the world cup I offer up TWO drink related tidbits for your delectation. First, what each Participant country of the World Cup likes to drink and, described below, a drink to get you through watching the football.
Peachy Vodka’s
I have a strong dislike of anything resembling a cut-out swimsuit, but, as it is the season of trying to fit into one, here is my fail safe delicious drink that is both wallet and vaguely body friendly.
Pour in half a glass of really nice vodka, preferably taken from a freezer. Add a third peach snapps (Again good quality or mush up peaches and mango for a fruity version with one of your five a day). Add ice.
This also works really well with rum and for a truly ‘diet’ approach, just add lots of fresh orange or peach slices to vodka and ice.
WARNING; the vodka is harder to taste than you might think.
