Lucky readers, read closely as today I share the bar tenders that created my favourite book of completely bonkers cocktails. Feast on their website and here is an image of the first trick I learnt from them; the Absinthe Rinse.

To create a cool blue green flame rinse the glass in a tiny bit of absinthe (the higher the proof the better) then set alight! It adds a smoky, aniseed flavour to a cocktail and is an amazing distraction (compared to other spirits) whilst you prepare the cocktail!
